Most templates cost 20 credits and dance templates cost 30. You see the cost before you generate, and credits are only used when you start a video. If a generation fails, the credits are refunded automatically.
If a video fails or times out, its credits come back to your account automatically. If a video is clearly broken, for example no pet appears or the file will not play, email us and we return the credits. Unused credit packs can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase.
