Copyright & Infringement Complaints

Overview

petvideo.app respects the intellectual property of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe content on petvideo.app infringes your copyright or other rights, you can send us a notice and we will review it promptly.

How to Submit a Complaint

Email petvideohelp@gmail.com with the subject line "Copyright Complaint" and include:

1. A description of the copyrighted work or other right you believe has been infringed.
2. The link (URL) to the content on petvideo.app that you believe is infringing.
3. Your name, postal address, phone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens Next

We aim to respond within 3 business days. If the complaint is valid, we will remove or disable access to the content and notify the user who uploaded or created it.

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same email address explaining why, with your contact details and a statement made in good faith. We may restore the content if the complaint is not pursued.

Repeat Infringers

We will suspend or close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

False Claims

Please make sure your complaint is accurate. Knowingly submitting a false complaint may make you liable for damages.
