  • Yes, you can start for free. Each new account gets 30 free credits once, valid for 30 days and enough for one template video. No credit card is needed. Videos made with free credits are the same 720p quality with no watermark. After that, credit packs start at $2.99.

  • There is no subscription. You buy a one-time credit pack: Starter $2.99 for 40 credits, Popular $9.99 for 160 credits or Pro $19.99 for 400 credits. Paid credits are valid for 12 months.

  • Dogs and cats give the most reliable results, and other pets usually work too. Use a clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face and body are visible.

  • Just one. Each template uses a single photo of your pet.

  • Usually 2–5 minutes. You can close the page while it runs and find the finished video in My Videos.

  • A 720p vertical (9:16) MP4 video with no watermark. Most templates make a 5-second clip, and Happy Birthday makes an 8-second clip. The video has no sound, so you can add your own music or a trending sound when you post. You can download it from My Videos.

  • Most templates cost 20 credits and dance templates cost 30. You see the cost before you generate, and credits are only used when you start a video. If a generation fails, the credits are refunded automatically.

  • If a video fails or times out, its credits come back to your account automatically. If a video is clearly broken, for example no pet appears or the file will not play, email us and we return the credits. Unused credit packs can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase.

  • Your photos are used only to make your videos. They are sent to the AI video providers that generate the clips and are never shown publicly. Email petvideohelp@gmail.com to have your photos and videos deleted.

  • Yes. Use the AI Director to describe the shot you want in plain words, and it will generate the video for you.
